Review: Provence en Boite

After a good yoga class, I popped into my local French bistro, Provence en Boite, for brunch.
Pureed vegetable soup with a handful of croutons and basil chiffanade. Carrot, zucchini, onion and celery — simple, hearty and not over-seasoned. Mesclun salad, lightly dressed with grainy mustard, accompanied the mushroom quiche. Creamy, fluffy yet crisp crust. And, of course, a cafe au lait.
I adore their display of pastries, bread, marzipan and jams. Voila!
