Prized Possession?

In your kitchen, what is your most prized possession? Obsession? Delight?
A college friend posted an abbreviated Ode to his Cast Iron Skillet. If you were write an ode, what would your object be?

I think mine would be tongs — lockable, collapsable, versatile. Love them.
