Salmon Crudites Recipe

This is a great app to have handy, you know, for those “sure, come back to my place” nights. I used seaweed rice crackers for more punch but even simple melba toast will work fine. Pumpernickel toast points would also be lovely for contrast.
1 16oz can of salmon, drained
1 T fresh dill, finely cut (scissors!)
1/4 c mayonaise
1 T lime juice

After draining the salmon, crumble the fish with a fork and fluff. If you see bones, pick them out. Using scissors, cut the dill over the salmon. Add the mayo and lime juice. Mix well.

Place a small amount on crackers and serve. Pretty simple. Pretty fast.

Sounds good! Would be lovely on some endive.

It is! Endive is so versatile. If you try it, send me pics and I’ll post it.
